This building, designed to house residential units, offices, and lofts, stands out for its flexible floor plans and pragmatic curved design and is part of the Downtown Buenos Aires Transformation Plan. This project comprises 13 floors and four basement parking areas, covering a total area of 15,600 m2. It features commercial and gastronomic spaces and first-class amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, saunas, a multi-purpose room, a co-working space, and 24-hour security. The flexible floor plan is suitable for residential and commercial spaces. Units range in size from 80 to 130 m2 (loft concept). A project by Franchino Desarrollos inmobiliarias and the architectural firm MSGSSV (Manteola Sánchez Gómez Santos Solsona Vinson).
