Our History
The company was established in 1951. Its original name was ES:Inmobiliaria. Its main activities were the sale of real estate in the central and northern areas of Buenos Aires and the management of condominiums and rentals. At the same time, the firm promoted the construction of buildings, highlighting important projects in the following locations: Paraguay and Libertador Streets, Córdoba Avenue and Florida Streets, Esmeralda and Corrientes Streets, Charcas and Agüero Streets, Manuela Pedraza Street 220, Belgrano and Pozos Avenues, Agüero and Juncal Streets, La Paz City, and J. Azurduy Street. Starting in 1980, the company's corporate structure underwent a transformation, changing its name to Franchino. The firm is expanding its real estate activities, focusing on the development of new developments such as Las Plazas, Arcos de Belgrano, Arcos del Polo, Terrazas del Yacht, Torre Bellini, Torres del Yacht, Palacio Raggio, Palacio Bellini, and Bellini Esmeralda, among others. At the same time, it continues its real estate brokerage activity in the purchase, sale, and leasing of all types of properties: apartments, houses, offices, industrial buildings, land, and more.
Today, after nearly 70 years of experience, Franchino is one of the oldest and most prestigious real estate companies in the country.
