Bellini Alvear is a building designed for residential and commercial loft-style units, notable for its flexible floor plans and pragmatic curved design in downtown Buenos Aires.

This is a 13-story project with four basement parking levels, covering a total area of 15,600 m2. It features retail and food service on the ground floor and top-notch amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, saunas, and a multipurpose room.
